You keep ownership of the recordings and text you submit. You grant CastTranscript only the limited permission needed to store, process and export that material for you.
Authorized use
You must have the rights or permission needed to record, upload and transcribe the content. Local consent laws may require every participant to agree to a recording.
Credits and processing
One credit represents one media minute. Live and refine are separate processing passes. Reserved live credits are settled against confirmed whole minutes and the unused remainder is refunded. Provider or network failures may delay processing; failed charged jobs are eligible for automatic usage refund.

Preview model pricing and availability can change. Current pricing, model chain and material limitations are shown before paid processing.
